Lonnie Harris is an industry and academic leader with deep experience at the intersection of technology, security, and workforce development. He brings decades of experience working with Fortune 100 companies and has spent years teaching and mentoring college students in STEM disciplines, including cybersecurity and emerging technologies. Lonnie co-founded KALO to help close the gap between education and real-world workforce needs by designing practical, industry-aligned pathways that prepare learners for meaningful careers. 

 Professor Kareem Hogan is an educator and technologist with extensive experience teaching college-level STEM programs, including cybersecurity, AI, robotics, and applied technologies. With a background that spans academia and industry collaboration, Kareem has worked closely with students, faculty, and employers to align curriculum with evolving workforce demands. He co-founded KALO to expand access to hands-on, workforce-ready learning experiences that support career mobility and economic opportunity
